Shareek Platform

A strategic platform for partnership with suppliers and providers of home finance, real estate development, home design, villa construction and other technical services for housing sector in the UAE. The platform aims to improve the overall performance of the supply chain, enhance transparency and efficiency of tenders and procurement, and provide housing solutions and products that meet the needs of UAE citizens at competitive prices.

“Shareek” platform offers many privileges and incentives that contribute in building a sustainable partnership through exchanging experiences and sharing resources with the suppliers and providers of home finance, real estate development, design, construction and other technical services in the housing sector. Through the pre-qualification of suppliers and providers of basic and luxury housing services, the platform seeks to cooperate with specialized partners with proven qualifications and experiences in the housing sector, to provide their services to the platform clients in the UAE, which qualifies them to obtain the following advantages:

1. Submit tenders for construction projects to the platform clients.
2. Access to the policies, practices and technology in the housing sector.
3. Access to the “Digital Housing” platform developed by “Shareek” platform to support and develop the business and sales of its members on a sustainable basis.

Terms and Conditions

1. The company must be duly registered in the UAE and subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. (2) of 2015 regarding commercial companies and its amendments, or any other legislation that replaces it.
2. If it is a branch of foreign companies registered in the free zones in the UAE, it may be registered, provided that the company has a duly registered branch in the UAE outside those zones.
3. To be licensed to practice commercial activity in the UAE.

If you are a supplier or service provider in the housing sector & wish to register on “Shareek” platform in the UAE, and you meet the terms and conditions, please log in and complete the registration process.

By completing the registration process, your company will be added to Vilal Housing’s supplier database, which is used to identify potential suppliers that possess the capability of providing products and services necessary to meet Vilal Housing’s requirements. You will be kept informed of the status of your application.

Subsequent to registration, we may request additional information from you with the purpose of pre-qualification.
